YNM Safety manufactures flexible polyurethane end-to-end at our Hyderabad works — from material selection to inspection and dispatch — under ISO 9001:2015.
Batch-certified polymers, rubber compounds, metals and reflective inserts are selected for flexible polyurethane. Incoming lots are checked for hardness, colour and reflectivity class before production.

High-visibility colours and UV-stable finishes are applied so units stay readable in Indian sun, monsoon spray and night headlights.
Reflective panels, glass beads, LED modules or solar cells are fitted where the product requires night-time guidance — then function-checked before assembly close.
Shanks, bolts, adhesive pads and base plates are assembled so site crews can fix units to asphalt, concrete or median steel without field rework.
Seals, UV stabilisers and corrosion-resistant hardware are verified so furniture survives coastal salt, 45 °C+ pavements and heavy monsoon.
Finished flexible polyurethane are checked for dimensions, colour, reflectivity and mounting fit. Only units that meet IRC / project specs are released.
