Premium aluminium, ACP or GI sheets and certified retro reflective materials are selected for informatory sign boards. Thickness, flatness and batch certificates are checked so every board starts to drawing and BOQ.
Sign boards are cut to IRC / project dimensions with clean edges and, where required, stiffeners so large boards stay flat in service.
Each board face is cleaned and prepared so reflective finishes bond evenly and legends stay sharp for the design life of the sign board.
Engineer Grade, High Intensity (HIP) or Diamond Grade reflective finish is applied to the board as per IRC 67 / MoRTH class and design speed — for strong day and night readability.
