Raw Material Selection & Inspection

The manufacturing of Profile Marking Paint begins with the careful selection of high-quality raw materials. These include premium grade resins (binder), pigments (white/yellow), fillers, additives, and solvents. Resin Preparation (Binder Processing)

The selected resin is heated and processed in a controlled mixing tank. This binder acts as the backbone of the profile marking paint, providing adhesion, flexibility, and resistance against harsh weather conditions, traffic load, and UV exposure.
