Material Selection
Batch-certified polymers, rubber compounds, metals and reflective inserts are selected for pu floor coating. Incoming lots are checked for hardness, colour and reflectivity class before production.

Tooling & Forming
pu floor coating are moulded, extruded or fabricated to drawing so body geometry, mounting holes and reflective windows match the approved sample and BOQ.

Surface & Colour Finish
